    PROPOSED FEE ADJUSTMENT FOR ALARM PERMITS:
    Increase from $20 to $31
    Only the permit fee has a proposed change. The fines associated with the false alarm activations, as authorized by the San Diego Municipal Code 33.3712, remains unchanged.
